Redemption Rye’s goal is to bring back the classic American Rye cocktail. While the Federal law states that a whiskey must be 51% rye grain to be classified as a rye we chose to push our grain content to 95%. This not only pushes the flavor forward, it also magnifies the unique profile of the rye grains.

| 92 | Burnished Gold | Eucalpytus & deep underneath is a small cache of mulling spices - cinnamon, caraway, & clove | Thin body. Minty. The rye grain is lively, with a little sweet maltiness. Mostly, though, it’s eucalyptus and cinnamon. Very smooth | Medium-short. Some greener vegetal notes; grassy. Caraway again, fading with a hint of fresh cherries and almond extract. Not bitter. |
